This year Kingsmills Primary School have linked their Eco School topics of Outdoor Learning and Biodiversity with the Edina Bulb Project, in order to work towards renewing their Green Flag.
Throughout the day, the whole school took part in planting daffodil and crocus bulbs in a range of different areas in order to take part in a science investigation. Our young scientists will monitor and record the rainfall over the coming months, to see if our climate has any effect on how our bulbs grow.
With some mystery bulbs also thrown into the mix, each classroom has decided to take part in some healthy competition to see who can identify the mystery bulb first.
