The Big Schools' Birdwatch runs alongside the RSPBs Big Garden watch and we just love to take part in it. This year the Eco Committee decided that they would like the whole school to take part. Thank you to the Eco Committee for providing each class with their window feeder and bird seed.
With the P1/2 classroom being surrounded with trees and hedges there is always a flurry of activity. So over February we made sure to keep our little friends well fed and happy. The other classes have been working hard to try and entice them to their feeders but they have had little luck. Keep trying, you might just have to find the right treats to encourage them to visit you.
Here is a little update, but keep an eye out for our bird feeder competition.
